Visit Coast. Take a tour of the homes. Consider: Do you want a ready-to-go spec home or something tailored to you?

Next, we need to put your choice on hold. Simply sign a Letter of Intent and submit your deposit.

At the same time or shortly after, you will next receive a fully drafted copy of the Builder Agreement of Purchase and Tarion for your lawyer to review and for you to sign. Once signed, congratulations! You have bought a new home.

Following this, you will have a separate meeting with H.D. Interiors where you will make colour selections and finishing choices for the base products and upgrades you already selected in the previous meetings. Heather, our interior designer, will help ease aspects of decision making if needed.
