The pull of Lake Huron was planted in developer Rob Wood’s heart during time spent playing in Goderich’s Labour Day Annual Fastball Tournament. The tug of the town and the appeal of the lake were on Rob’s mind when he responded to a call about potentially purchasing the property. His family-led business intuitively saw the opportunity to develop a community that contributed to the town and introduced a welcoming lifestyle. Almost 13 years in the making, Coast has shepherded a vision to reality with the support of The Town of Goderich and the municipality of Central Huron.
